1. The business was originally purchased, just over two years ago, along with the brand-new bespoke kitchen, valued at 60,000 euros. i.e. the kitchen belongs to the business and not the owner of the building.

2. The brand has already been firmly established and gets consistently high scores on internet opinion sites (e.g. 4.7 on both Google and TripAdvisor.)

3. All fixtures and fittings are new, with no more than two years of use. This includes new dishwasher; fridge; blenders and crockery/glassware.

4. Existing stock would be included in the purchase price.
